Shipping Policy

We deliver our products across the UK using our own in-house logistics operation and dedicated delivery vehicles.

Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery throughout the UK.

Free standard delivery applies to eligible UK Mainland postcodes.

Certain Scottish Highlands, islands, offshore locations and other remote postcodes may have different delivery charges or delivery times.

Where the standard delivery charge does not apply to a particular postcode or order, the applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout where available. Where an additional delivery charge needs to be confirmed, we will contact you before dispatch.

Express delivery is available only where the products, order size and delivery location are suitable for this service. The express delivery charge applies regardless of whether an order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be processed from that working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed from the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Products with a stated longer lead time or products that are made to order may have different processing times. Where applicable, this will be stated on the relevant product page.

Our Delivery Service

We use our own in-house logistics team and dedicated vehicles to deliver our products.

The type of vehicle used will depend on the products ordered, the size and weight of the order and the delivery location.

This allows us to deliver products that may not be suitable for standard parcel courier services.

Track Your Order

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the order tracking page.

Large, Heavy or Oversized Products

Some ducting and ventilation products are large, long, heavy or require specialist handling.

Where an order requires a different vehicle or delivery arrangement because of its size, weight, quantity or delivery location, the standard delivery service or charge may not apply.

If additional delivery arrangements or charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch.

Where possible, any applicable additional delivery charge will be confirmed before the order is dispatched.

Delivery Times and Delays

All delivery times stated on our website are estimates.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances including product availability, order requirements, delivery location, traffic, severe weather, vehicle availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the contact details provided with your order.

Delivery Address and Access

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and suitable contact details when placing an order.

For larger deliveries, you are responsible for ensuring there is reasonable and safe access to the delivery address for the vehicle being used.

If access restrictions may affect delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If products arrive visibly damaged or items are missing, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the products and packaging where applicable.

Where possible, visible damage should be recorded with the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge applicable to your order will depend on the delivery service, delivery location and order requirements.

Where a delivery charge applies, it will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We will not charge additional delivery or logistics fees after purchase unless you have been informed of the additional charge and agreed to it.

Important Information

Free delivery means free standard delivery only and does not include express delivery, specialist delivery, or additional charges that may apply to certain locations or orders.

Products with specific delivery requirements or lead times will have those requirements stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
